Tournament Rules and Format
Group Stage
  • Players are divided into groups based on skill level
  • Each player plays against all others in their group (round robin)
  • Group matches are best of 3 games to 11 points
  • Players earn 3 points for a win, 1 for a loss
  • Top 2 players from each group advance to knockout stage
  • Ties are decided by head-to-head results, then point difference
Knockout Stage
  • Single elimination format
  • Group winners play against runners-up from different groups
  • Knockout matches are best of 5 games to 11 points
  • Finals and 3rd place match are best of 7 games
  • Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers
  • Consolation matches available for players eliminated in group stage
